Unlike intake or graduation sessions, the group sessions are set in stone. If you need to miss a group session, you’ll have access to materials related to the content missed in your Tori Health platform. If you miss three (3) group sessions in a row, you’ll be considered a treatment dropout, so it’s important that you are able to make these scheduled group times.
If, for some reason, you can no longer continue attending your original group, contact team@torihealth.com or call 1 (888) 470-7088, and one of our care team members will work with you.
-
You’ll schedule a graduation session with your group facilitator. In this session, you will discuss your progress, next steps, and changes in your mental health assessments.
-
After you graduate Tori Health program, you will:
Receive a personalized report about your progress with Tori Health, including your discharge plan.
Continue to receive monthly assessments so that we can monitor your post-treatment progress.
Continue to receive frequent personalized skills and reminders to help you continue to practice them in your daily life.
