Payment Terms:

The payment from the participants will be collected weekly via Stripe. This payment will display as Silent Time, Inc. on statements. Payments will be automatically made on the same day and time every week a participant remains signed up. To cancel payments and membership at any time, please contact us at team@torihealth.com. You will still have access to the site until your next payment due date.

Refund Policy:​

For products purchased:

Once purchased, you have until 48 hours prior to the date of the Program to cancel your purchase and be refunded in full. If you cancel your purchase of a Program within 48 hours of the Program's first session’s date and time, you forfeit your right to a refund for that session. Please email us at team@torihealth.com to cancel. By signing up for the Tori Health DBT Group Program, you agree to this policy.

Protection of Content:​

​The unauthorized distribution of Tori Health content is strictly prohibited. This includes: sharing log-in information, worksheets, videos, recordings, or links with those who are not members. If a participant would like to share content for educational purposes with a support person including mental health professionals, please email us at team@torihealth.com.

Availability of services, eligibility & minimum age requirements:

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years old or older, and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. 
You may not use the Services if you have been removed from the Services by Tori Health.

Removal of participants:​

We reserve the right to remove participants from the program without warning. We don’t tolerate hate speech, bullying, and other forms of inappropriate behavior in groups.

Confidentiality:​

Tori Health program utilizes the following to protect students' privacy:​

• We use HIPAA-compliant Google Meets for Healthcare Professionals.

• Tori Health platform is HIPAA-compliant.

• Participants are STRONGLY discouraged from connecting with each other outside of the Tori Health group program and will be removed from the program for doing so.

• Participants are welcome to use a different name on the calls as well as on their platform. Hosts will refer to participants by the name displayed on the call.
